Mind and Mood Support

Who it’s for

Are hormonal shifts affecting your emotional well-being—bringing anxiety, mood swings, disrupted sleep, or persistent stress? The Coven Mind and Mood program offers a supportive and accessible pathway to mental wellness. Together, we’ll explore strategies tailored to perimenopause and the life transitions that come with it, helping you move through this chapter with greater resilience, clarity, and strength.

What’s included*

Personalized Registered Therapist Sessions:
2 x 45-minute Virtual Sessions: With a Registered Social Worker (your Registered Therapist). They will provide evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to your mental health goals, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
A Registered Nurse Health Coach will be assigned to you for seamless program coordination, scheduling, and direct, secure messaging support for any non-urgent questions throughout your program.
They will coordinate with the Registered Therapist should you request or need additional care across Coven.
While a visit with a Nurse Practitioner is not included with this program, they may be able to provide you with additional support with anxiety or insomnia related to your hormone health.
If indicated, your Health Coach will support you with purchasing additional care and seamlessly adding to your care plan with Coven.
Proprietary Intake Questionnaire: A specialized online questionnaire to assess your primary mental health concerns and ensure we capture all relevant health history, even before your first session.
Exclusive Resources: Access to tools, info sheets and more to support your mood and mind journey.

Diet and Nutrition Support

Feeling the impact of hormonal shifts on your energy, weight, or overall vitality, and ready to make powerful changes through food and physical strengthening? Our Coven Diet & Nutrition Support program is your direct pathway to personalized, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.

What’s included*

Personalized Registered Dietitian Consultations:
1 x 45-minute Virtual Assessment: Your Registered Dietitian will conduct an in-depth session to understand your current habits and specific nutritional needs. They will provide near term recommendations and tools to help you achieve your diet, nutrition and weight goals.
1 × 45-minute Virtual Follow-Up: To review your progress, adjust your plan, and solidify sustainable strategies.
A Registered Nurse Health Coach will be assigned to you for seamless program coordination, scheduling, and direct, secure messaging support for any non-urgent questions throughout your program.
They will coordinate with the Registered Dietitian should you request or need additional care across Coven.
While a visit with a Nurse Practitioner or Registered Therapist is not included with this program, they may be able to provide you with additional support across your weight goals and support your overall relationship with food.
If indicated, your Health Coach will support you with purchasing additional care and seamlessly adding to your care plan with Coven.
