This program is for women who :

❋ Have a clear idea of their most pressing hormonal health concern (like persistent insomnia, challenging anxiety, or disruptive VMS/hot flashes).

❋ Are seeking a trusted second opinion on a specific hormone-related issue or a previous medical recommendation.

❋ Are post-menopausal and need focused support for lingering hot flashes and night sweats.

❋ Would like to understand Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT, previously HRT) and assess if it might be a good fit for their most pressing hormone-related symptom.

What’s included*

Your Health Coach will be your advocate and Coven navigator to ensure you receive the highest quality of personalized care.
What to expect: Health goal setting & preparation for your medical consult, Q & A, appointment bookings, lab requisitions and more. You will receive an intake questionnaire to be completed 48 hours in advance to ensure a fully personalized and data informed assessment.
Appointments & Support:
- 20 minute virtual intake assessment, health history, goal setting, near term recommendations to support your health and Q&A. Includes issuing lab requisitions and booking your NP consult.
- Ongoing messaging through our secure app for appointment booking support.
30 Minute Virtual Consultation
Our expert Nurse Practitioner will provide a focused, virtual medical consultation. They will assess your specific symptom, offer evidence-based insights, and provide personalized recommendations tailored to your most pressing hormone-related concern.
Your NP may prescribe hormonal and non-hormonal medications which will be sent directly to your pharmacy of choice.
If medications are prescribed, your NP or Health Coach will work with you to book your 3 month follow up appointment for an additional fee.
